Most of us are carrying more than we realise. A busy mind, a body that never quite switches off, a low hum of tension that's become so familiar it barely registers anymore.

Reiki offers a different kind of pause. It's a gentle, hands-on energy practice, rooted in Japanese tradition, designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper and reconnect with a sense of calm.

This August, I'm introducing Reiki to 50 Hill Rise with two special taster sessions, 45 minutes at half price, so you can experience it for yourself with nothing to lose.

What happens in a session

You'll be fully clothed, lying comfortably or seated, in a quiet, softly lit space. I'll place my hands gently on or just above the body, following a sequence that moves from head to feet. There's no massage, no manipulation, just stillness and light touch. Many clients drift into a light, dreamlike state, similar to the feeling just before sleep.

About your practitioner

I'm Agnieszka, the founder of Elevate with Reiki. I hold Reiki 1 and 2 diplomas through the Western and Japanese lineages, and I'm fully insured, DBS checked, and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. My approach is warm, unhurried and entirely client led. There's no right or wrong way to experience a session, only your own.
